Mr. McHale has been working as part of the Argo family since August of 2002 when he moved to London to take over as the CEO of Cerebrus Solutions Ltd. This company was owned almost exclusively by Argo and developed software to combat fraud in the global telecom market. After the merger of Cerebrus in 2005, he joined Argo Global as a partner in January 2006. From 1997 until 2002, Bill was the Chairman, CEO and President of DSET Corp. This company developed network management and provisioning software for the global telecom market. He led DSET through a very successful IPO on NASDAQ in 1998 and the company was consistently recognized as one of the fastest growing and profitable small companies in America by major magazines and industry groups. He was also on the BOD of the New Jersey Technology Council and a member of the New Jersey Venture Capital Advisory Board. Bill has been running early stage software companies since 1990 and had previously spent 15 years at IBM, Wang Laboratories and Digital Equipment Corporation in senior sales and marketing capacities. He graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor's in Business Administration in 1971, was a Lieutenant in the US Navy and is a Vietnam veteran.
