Mr. Tony Wing-Ming Tsang

For over eight years prior to joining Argo, Mr. Tsang was Assistant to Regional Head and Senior Investment Manager of Transpac Capital Ltd., one of the earliest private equity and venture capital investment firms in Asia, managing over US$820 million and having invested in over 200 companies primarily in Asia, many of which have achieved public listings. During his term with Transpac, Mr. Tsang focused on equity investments in, amongst other sectors, information and communication technology companies, spanning Greater China, Thailand and the United States.
Before joining Transpac, Mr. Tsang was a management and technical consultant, advising operators, service providers, vendors, financiers and government bureaus on national and regional telecommunication and information technology projects in the Asia Pacific region. Mr. Tsang received his BA and MA in Engineering from Cambridge University, England.Located in Hong Kong
